Intense and Passive

Aggressive and Passive will be two inverse attitudes to things, situations or your life. They cause different results. Offred and Ophelia happen to be two ladies who have opposite destinies because of their different thinking.

Offred is known as a powerless girl in " the Handmaid's Tale". She's a handmaid of a commander in Gilead. She has not any freedom. She belongs to him as a real estate. Her only duty is usually to have sex together with the commander and present birth into a baby. Ophelia is also a weak female in " Hamlet" play. She has zero power above anybody. But their fates eventually are quite several. Offred succeeds in escaping from the dystopian socityGilead, although Ophelia dead of block. Because Offred is affressive but Ophelia is passive.

Offred comes from a world where the ladies are entirely powerless. All are controlled by the commanders. Even though, Offred finds her power, which can be sex. She's thingking all the time--Pri-Gilead, Gilead, her family, her friend, the commander... Although she feels miserable, numb, she never gives up, she hardly ever loses her faith. We could say Offred is aggressive otherwise the lady won't have sex with Chip. Because of her aggressive attitude, Offred finally runs faraway from Gilead.

But Ophelia is completely different. She actually is powerless, also. But your woman never behaves like Offred. She will not use her mind. She doesn't do much considering. She merely obey what ever people tell her to do. She loves Hamlet and she knows Hamlet really adores her. Nevertheless her daddy tells her that Hamlet is not serious and asks her to stay from Hamlet, the lady listens with her father though she's miserable. She does not try to make clear, to convince or to demonstrate. She just obeys her father. Therefore does...
